1. I don't feel like I'm in shape to workout with Akin Fitness?
Our motto is "Personal Training at a Group Rate." All the coaches are well trained to make this experience successful for YOU. This is where you need to be to start this journey for 2024!
2. What if I can't make one class consistently?
We suggest you make a commitment to a class time for your success, this makes it an non-negotiable appointment on your calendar. However... we get it and our schedules get changed sometimes... all of our classes can be interchangeable and substituted when needed.
3. What if I don't want to continue with Akin Training and Yoga after these 4 weeks?
No sweat, and we mean it. We are dedicated to your success. Perhaps you want to take a picture of the board of workouts EVERYDAY. You could successfully cycle through these 4 weeks of workouts for another 1-3 months and continue to reap rewards. Some clients just need this jump start to get the ball rolling and they take it from there. BUT.... Don't be surprised if you find a community here and learn you just enjoy the Coaches, the people and the programming.
